​This privacy notice (hereinafter the “Notice” has been drafted by and applies to RC GROUP and its affiliated companies.

RC GROUP is a company engaged in provision, inter-alia, of services including translations, interpretations, consulting, trainings, etc.

 

At RC GROUP, we value and respect your privacy and prove it so through this Notice which affirms our compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”).

• Current and potential customers of our Company;

• Persons who have had a business relationship with us in the past;

• Authorized representatives legal entities or natural persons;

Collection of Personal Data

 

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural or legal person. Examples of such personal data are your full name,  date of birth, address and identification number and the form of such data may be hard copy, electronic, or another form.

By processing of personal data we refer to any operation which is performed upon by us, for example collection, recording, organization, storage, disclosure, transmission, erasure or destruction of data referring to an individual or an entity.

Upon making an order either by phone, or through our website or by email you will be required to provide us with certain information in the context of providing our services to you and/or in order for us to be able to communicate with you about our offers on our services and news about our Company. No customer is obliged to provide us with any information; however, with no information we will not be able to provide you with an offer, services or communication.

RC Group requires data to process with provision of services, such as translations. The categories of data it may collect and process, according to the particulars of each customer include:

• Contact details (names, postal addresses, email addresses, telephone number(s)).

• Any sort of identification documents,

• Bank Account Statements, Utility Bills, Criminal Records, Tax Statements, etc.

• Any sort of personal documents,

• Any sort of medical documents,

• Any sort of academic documents,

• Any sort of technical documents,

• Any corporate documents, such as corporate certificates, M&As, etc.

• Any sort of financial documents, such as Financial Statements, etc.

• Video, audio, photos.

• Any other information you may provide to the Company for the purposes of acquiring our services.

 

Personal data may be collected either from the client directly, or from their representatives, employees or agents. We may also collect and process personal data from publicly available sources, such as governmental agencies, the internet, or the press.

 

Why we collect your data

 

As follows from the above, in order to accommodate you with any of our services, you must provide us with such personal data, which may be deemed necessary to enable us so for the performance of the purpose of our engagement by you, i.e. to provide translations, trainings, consulting or other relevant or ancillary services as per our engagement.

Data transmitted outside the European Union.

 

We may transmit your personal data in the context of us providing the agreed services to you or in accordance with statutory obligations imposed on ourselves and/or the third-party recipients.

 

We may transmit your data to certain service providers, vendors or governmental authorities such as translators or consultants located in third countries.

 

 

In the context of the above, we may transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Union for the purposes of acquiring our services or if you have given us your consent to do so..

Retention of Personal Data

 

Your personal data shall be kept for as long as we maintain a business relationship with you and we provide you with our services.

 

Once our business relationship stops and we cease to provide you with any services, then the data shall be kept for a period of 2 years from such cessation.
